1. Kabul Edilme

xOfis CRM portalına erişim sağlayarak ve sistemlerimizi kullanarak, bu kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen sistemi kullanmayınız.

2. Hizmet Tanımı ve Sorumluluklar

xOfis CRM, kurumsal süreç yönetimi, satınalma koordinasyonu, e-posta entegrasyonları ve müşteri ilişkileri takibi hizmetleri sunan özel bir iş yazılımıdır. Kullanıcılar:

Hesap bilgilerinin ve giriş şifrelerinin güvenliğini korumakla yükümlüdür.
Sistem üzerinden yasa dışı, telif hakkı ihlali barındıran veya spam/istenmeyen e-posta gönderimi gibi kötü niyetli faaliyetler yürütemezler.

3. Google / Gmail Entegrasyonunun Kullanımı

Gmail API entegrasyonu, yalnızca kullanıcının talebi üzerine ve iş süreçlerinin takibi amacıyla kurulur. Kullanıcı, dilediği an bu yetkiyi kaldırabilir. Bu yetkinin kullanılması nedeniyle e-posta sunucusunda oluşabilecek kota vb. durumlardan xOfis CRM sorumlu tutulamaz.

4. Değişiklikler ve Fesih

Bu kullanım koşullarını önceden haber vermeksizin güncelleme hakkımız saklıdır. Sistemin kötüye kullanımı halinde kullanıcının hesabı tek taraflı olarak askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the xOfis CRM portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services & User Responsibilities

xOfis CRM is an enterprise software offering CRM tools, purchase coordination, email integrations, and workflows. Users:

Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
Shall not use the system for illegal activities, transmitting copyrighted materials without authorization, or sending unsolicited/spam emails.

3. Use of Google / Gmail Integration

Gmail API integration is configured solely at the user's discretion to assist business communication tracking. The user may revoke this connection at any time. We are not liable for any bandwidth or quota limitations exceeded on your mail server due to this API connection.

4. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. In case of misuse or breach, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts unilaterally.
